Shipping

Our design catalogue is large and ever-growing. As we start providing designs for multiple sports, it is virtually impossible to store every size for every product. Therefore, we print everything once the order has been received. This can take up to 10 working days but is almost always quicker. Once printed, everything is shipped with 3-5 working days postage. For orders containing multiple items, we may ship products separately.

Orders over the weekend will be processed the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Our postage charges are:

  • UK £3.50
  • We aim to open up for International delivery in the near future

Returns

We operate a 14 day returns policy from your delivery date. If 14 days have passed, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please send an email to sales.tb-st@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will proceed from there.

If the item is faulty contact sales.tb-st@outlook.com or submit a ticket on the Contact Us page. Please also provide photographic evidence of the damage to the item for our team to investigate. No refund will be accepted without evidence of the damaged garment.
